Westin Lengyel

Westin is a Colorado native that grew up in Greensboro. As Blue Stream’s Field Operations Manager, he is responsible for site work and inspections on construction and post-construction projects. He also manages the procurement and maintenance of the office and field equipment, along with safety gear and the company’s fleet vehicles. He can be found leading the stormwater device maintenance crews, performing NCG01 erosion & sediment control inspections, or providing stormwater device inspections.

Teresa Andrews

Teresa Andrews joined Blue Stream Environmental as the Special Projects Director. After serving as the Stormwater Administrator for Guilford County, she has become an asset to the local MS4 Communities that need technical assistance for NPDES MS4 Permit compliance. These projects often require a full-time staff commitment, but for only a short-term duration. As such, Teresa is able to quickly step-in to provide high level guidance on stormwater permits, stream buffer regulates, and water-supply-watershed permits.
